Broader Equity is the pioneer and leader in providing outsource call centre operators in a Tier 2, particularly in the CC22 areas designated by government. The company has a point of presence in Kwa-Zulu Natal but is currently expanding its operations in the Eastern Cape, Cape Town and broader Kwa-Zulu Natal areas. Broader Equity was founded in 2005 by contact centre specialist Ashton Hoorzuk, and businessman Danford Cloete.
